Heritage AFlame, Inc. was incorporated in 1991 under Section 402 of the Non-Profit Corporation Law of the State of New York. It was organized exclusively for charitable and religious purposes, including conducting religious worship, and making distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations. Specifically, in carrying out its exempt purpose achievements, the organization conducts religious services; seminars; radio programs, prints and distributes Bibles and religious materials; promotes youth programs; supports many international missions and orphanages; supports indigenous pastors and evangelists.
